SAP MM/SD Consultant
We are currently recruiting a SAP MM/SD Consultant to join a multinational client, a market leader in the agrochemical sector, in a challenging project with a strong international scope.
Location: Lisbon / Hybrid
Contract Type: Permanent
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze current processes (As-Is) and design future processes (To-Be) in SAP, ensuring MM–SD integration
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA (MM and SD) according to business requirements
- Manage master data (materials, vendors, customers), approval strategies, and pricing
- Prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments and supporting documentation
- Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing
- Ensure post-implementation support and continuous improvement
- Train end users and key users
MODULES & FUNCTIONALITIES
- MM (Materials Management): Procurement, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material Valuation
- SD (Sales & Distribution): Sales Orders, Pricing, Shipping, Billing/Invoicing
- Integration: Strong knowledge of integration with FI and CO
PROFILE
- Solid experience in SAP MM and SD implementations (preferably S/4HANA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management, Engineering, or similar
- Knowledge of ABAP (basic reading/debugging) and data migration tools (LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit)
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and teamwork
- Fluent English

Process Engineer – Automotive Industry | Setúbal

We are currently recruiting a Process Engineer to join a leading client in the Automotive Industry, with a strong international presence and focus on operational excellence, innovation, and production efficiency, for their plant located in Setúbal.
MISSION
Responsible for managing and optimizing the production process/production line, ensuring the achievement of production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure production targets (volume and deadlines) are met according to logistics planning
• Define the human resources required (technicians and operators) to achieve daily production goals
• Ensure the quality of parts delivered to the customer
• Define and implement action plans to reduce waste and promote a continuous improvement mindset
• Define daily production scheduling
• Support problem-solving activities (8D methodology)
• Coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities
• Improve safety conditions and provide feedback to EHS regarding non-compliance issues
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and rules
• Monitor and report area performance (KPIs)
• Define training plans for the team
• Manage technical documentation (release and updates)
• Implement management plan guidelines and communicate objectives to the team
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes (ECNs)
• Support design reviews when applicable
• Define production line layouts
• Provide data for improvement studies (labor, capacity, quality, scrap, etc.)
• Conduct capacity studies and implement improvement actions
• Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Ensure Control Plan compliance
• Identify critical parts and ensure preventive actions
• Monitor tooling consumption and improvement developments
• Participate in and support internal audits according to IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, AIAG HTSA/VDA, among others
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or similar)
- Experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the automotive sector
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
- Experience analyzing production processes and KPIs
- Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- English proficiency (preferred)
